Flettner 3000 Roof Vent - Black - Standard Base

The Flettner F3000 is the new, upgraded version of the reliable Flettner F2000 which has always been the definitive wind-powered rotary ventilator. The new model comes with the option of a standard base, suitable for roof rib spacing greater than 145mm (5.71") or the narrow base version, suitable for roof rib spacing greater than 108mm (4.25"). An upgraded design boots air extraction rates with less drage increase performance by 20% from the previous model. d.

Installing the Flettner F3000 roof vent involves cutting a hole in a flat surface on the van roof. For the standard base version, you require a 96mm diameter hole saw. For the narrow base version use either a jigsaw or air hacksaw to cut the aperture. The kit comes complete with integral bolt fixing, full fitting instructions and template with gasket and shutter. It is recommended to apply a thin bead of silicone under the gasket prior to installation.
