Fitting

• Approximate fitting time 50-60 minutes.

• Designed to utilise the vehicle manufacturers’ mounting points.To secure the front bar it is necessary to loosen the internal headliner enough to acces the inner skin of the van to tighten the foot brackets. There are 4 fixings points on the SWB and 5 on the LWB van but the front one on both is difficult to get to as it is hidden under the internal headcloth. An extended front fixing tool that reaches up to the bolt-through the fixing point is supplied with every kit. To access it, you simply slide your thumb under the lining edge rubber, part the two gently and position the tool in place. You then bolt down through from the top.One-man fit.
