Vanax have taken delivery of a CNC router with the capability to router and pre-drill plywood panels for fitting in a wide range of commercial vehicles. The equipment and extraction system installation called for an investment of over £30,000 and will give the already busy woodshops the facility to cut faster, more accurately and with quicker changeover times between different makes and models. The CNC Router adds to an already impressive array of wood profiling machines including a variety of mitre, cross cut and wall saws.

Managing Director, Johnny Dunne, said, " It is our intention to ensure that every plywood panel we fit in every commercial vehicle is cut and pre-drilled to the same accuracy no matter the vehicle type. We are also being asked on a regular basis to supply kits for customers who wish to complete the installation themselves. It is our intention to offer this in the very near future and we want to make it simple for "Joe Public" to fit our kits themselves and this computerised machinery will help us achieve this aim."
